Introduction โ from Tafheem-ul-Quran
A Madinan surah calling believers to match word with deed โ 'most hateful to Allah is that you say what you do not do' โ and to fight in His cause 'in ranks, as though a solid structure.' It offers the trade that saves from painful punishment: faith and striving with wealth and self, and calls believers to be 'helpers of Allah' as the disciples of Isa were.
