يَدَآ أَبِي وَتَبَّ
Destroyed were the hands of Abu Lahab, and he lay utterly doomed
2
مَآ أَغۡنَىٰ عَنۡهُ وَمَا كَسَبَ
His wealth did not avail him, nor his acquisitions
3
سَيَصۡلَىٰ نَارࣰ ا ذَاتَ
Surely, he will be cast into a Flaming Fire
4
وَٱمۡرَأَتُهُۥ حَمَّالَةَ
along with his wife, that carrier of slanderous tales
5
فِي مِّن
upon her neck shall be a rope of palm-fibre
