Al-Baqarah 2:58

Al-Baqarah 2:286

An-Nisa 4:112

And Pharaoh and those before him, and the communities that were destroyed, brought error

Nuh 71:25

Al-Baqarah 2:81

بَلَىٰۚ مَن كَسَبَ سَيِّئَةࣰ وَأَحَٰطَتۡ بِهِۦ فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلنَّارِۖ هُمۡ فِيهَا خَٰلِدُونَ

Whoever earns evil and becomes engrossed in sin shall be doomed to Hell and abide therein for ever

Al-Baqarah 2:168

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ كُلُواْ مِمَّا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ حَلَٰلࣰ ا طَيِّبࣰ ا وَلَا تَتَّبِعُواْ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنِۚ إِنَّهُۥ لَكُمۡ عَدُوࣱّ مُّبِينٌ

O people, eat of what is lawful and clean in the earth and do not follow the ways of Satan, for he is your avowed enemy

Al-Baqarah 2:208

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ ٱدۡخُلُواْ فِي ٱلسِّلۡمِ كَآفَّةࣰ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُواْ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنِۚ إِنَّهُۥ لَكُمۡ عَدُوࣱّ مُّبِينࣱ‏

O Believers, enter completely into Islam and do not follow in" the footsteps of Satan, for he is your avowed enemy

Al-An'am 6:142

وَمِنَ ٱلۡأَنۡعَٰمِ حَمُولَةࣰ وَفَرۡشࣰ اۚ كُلُواْ مِمَّا رَزَقَكُمُ ٱللَّهُ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُواْ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنِۚ إِنَّهُۥ لَكُمۡ عَدُوࣱّ مُّبِينࣱ‏

And of the cattle (He has reared) some for burden, and some whose flesh you eat and whose skins and hair you use to spread the ground. Eat of the sustenance Allah has provided you and do not follow in the footsteps of Satan, for surely he is your open enemy

Al-A'raf 7:161

وَإِذۡ قِيلَ لَهُمُ ٱسۡكُنُواْ هَٰذِهِ ٱلۡقَرۡيَةَ وَكُلُواْ مِنۡهَا حَيۡثُ شِئۡتُمۡ وَقُولُواْ حِطَّةࣱ وَٱدۡخُلُواْ ٱلۡبَابَ سُجَّدࣰ ا نَّغۡفِرۡ لَكُمۡ سَنَزِيدُ ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ

And recall when it was said to them: 'Dwell in this town and eat plentifully of whatever you please, and say: "Repentance", and enter the gate prostrate. We shall forgive you your sins and shall bestow further favours on those who do good

Yusuf 12:91

قَالُواْ تَٱللَّهِ لَقَدۡ ءَاثَرَكَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيۡنَا وَإِن كُنَّا

They said: "We swear by Allah! Indeed Allah has chosen you in preference to us and we were truly guilty

An-Nur 24:21

۞يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لَا تَتَّبِعُواْ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنِۚ وَمَن يَتَّبِعۡ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنِ فَإِنَّهُۥ يَأۡمُرُ بِٱلۡفَحۡشَآءِ وَٱلۡمُنكَرِۚ وَلَوۡلَا فَضۡلُ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيۡكُمۡ وَرَحۡمَتُهُۥ مَا زَكَىٰ مِنكُم مِّنۡ أَحَدٍ أَبَدࣰ ا وَلَٰكِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُزَكِّي مَن يَشَآءُۗ وَٱللَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمࣱ‏

O Believers, do not follow in Satan's footsteps, for he will incite to indecency and wickedness any who will follow him. If Allah had not shown His Brace and mercy to you, none of you would have been able to cleanse yourself, for it is Allah alone Who cleanses whom He wills, and Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing

Ash-Shu'ara 26:51

إِنَّا نَطۡمَعُ أَن يَغۡفِرَ لَنَا رَبُّنَا أَن كُنَّآ أَوَّلَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ

and we surely expect that Our Lord will forgive us our sins for we are the first ones to believe

Al-Qasas 28:8

فَٱلۡتَقَطَهُۥٓ ءَالُ فِرۡعَوۡنَ لِيَكُونَ لَهُمۡ عَدُوࣰّ ا وَحَزَنًاۗ إِنَّ فِرۡعَوۡنَ وَهَٰمَٰنَ وَجُنُودَهُمَا كَانُواْ

Then Pharaoh's household picked him up (from the river) that he may be their adversary and be a cause of sorrow to them. Surely Pharaoh and Haman and their hosts erred (in their scheming)

Al-Ankabut 29:48

وَمَا كُنتَ تَتۡلُواْ مِن قَبۡلِهِۦ مِن كِتَٰبࣲ وَلَا بِيَمِينِكَۖ إِذࣰ ا لَّٱرۡتَابَ ٱلۡمُبۡطِلُونَ

(O Prophet), you did not recite any Book before, nor did you write it down with your hand; for then the votaries of falsehood would have had a cause for doubt

Al-Ahzab 33:5

ٱدۡعُوهُمۡ لِأٓبَآئِهِمۡ هُوَ أَقۡسَطُ عِندَ ٱللَّهِۚ فَإِن لَّمۡ تَعۡلَمُوٓاْ ءَابَآءَهُمۡ فَإِخۡوَٰنُكُمۡ فِي ٱلدِّينِ وَمَوَٰلِيكُمۡۚ وَلَيۡسَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ جُنَاحࣱ فِيمَآ بِهِۦ وَلَٰكِن مَّا تَعَمَّدَتۡ قُلُوبُكُمۡۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ غَفُورࣰ ا رَّحِيمًا

Call your adopted sons after their true fathers; that is more equitable in the sight of Allah. But if you do not know their true fathers, then regard them as your brethren in faith and as allies. You will not be taken to task for your mistaken utterances, but you will be taken to task for what you say deliberately. Allah is Most Forgiving, Most Compassionate

Al-Haqqah 69:37

لَّا يَأۡكُلُهُۥٓ إِلَّا

which only the sinners will eat.”

Al-Alaq 96:16

نَاصِيَةࣲ كَٰذِبَةٍ

by the lying forelock steeped in sin
